Ban Factory Farms & Stop Forced Vaccinations

Despite years of warnings by public interest organizations such as the Organic Consumers Association and the Humane Society of the U.S., earlier this year, drugged-out pigs and chickens on intensive confinement factory farms have incubated a highly infectious H1N1 virus that set off a global pandemic.

This so-far only moderately virulent but rapidly spreading strain of influenza, which contains genetic material from pigs, birds and humans has already infected 162,000 people and killed hundreds of people across the world, including the United States. The World Health Organization has warned that although the current H1N1 Swine Flu is far less deadly than the Bird Flu, it could mutate into a much more dangerous strain. As the flu season approaches in the Northern Hemisphere, profit-obsessed drug-makers are racing to supply governments with vaccines and medicines. There are numerous concerns about the safety of these messures, including:

A leaked memo revealed that the swine flu vaccine has been linked to paralysis.

The fast-tracked vaccine contains novel adjuvants, including dangerous squalene.

If the greed of drug companies prevails over safety concerns, vaccines will be pushed on a frightened, ignorant and passive public through the school system, work places and free vaccination programs. Schoolchildren could be first in line for the swine flu vaccine this fall — and schools are being put on notice that they might be turned into shot clinics.

It is important to know that you can avoid quasi-forced vaccinations of yourself and your children. Plus, there are homeopathic alternatives for treating and building a natural immunity to the swine flu.

Please use the form below to tell Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, Congress and the President that you reject forced vaccinations and vaccines rushed to market without proper safety testing. Tell them you want them to address the root cause of swine & bird flu: factory farms. Then, click here to contact your local officials with the same message. Many decisions about who will be vaccinated or recieve medical treatment and how will be made at the local level.

New Updates Complete and Pain Cream Available

Our new Effective Pain Relief (EPR) Capsicum Cream is now available. You will find this cream very effective when the directions are followed. This is by no means a cure nor do we endorse the idea that it is. This (EPR) Capsicum Cream is a topical pain relief cream and is effective in relieving pain symptoms when properly used. I have found it very effective in relieving my leg and limb pain as well as arthritis in my hands and joints. It will not take away all your pain, but we believe it should help reduce your pain level if properly used. See the directions, ingredients, and pertinent information on the product page.

Proper Limb Maintenance

Starting in December 2007, we will begin production of a DVD training and instructional video on the proper techniques of Patient Maintenance and Limb Care. We are hoping to have a finished copy for distribution by mid-January of 2008 available on our web site and in prosthetic offices around the country.

This training video will feature Mr. Matthew Alberquerque, V.P. of Next Step O & P with offices in New Hampshire, Massachusetts's, and Rhode Island. Below is a short bio of Matt:

Matthew J. Albuquerque, CPO

Next Step Vice President

Matt Albuquerque is an ABC certified practitioner in orthotics and prosthetics with more than 14 years experience. Matt received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Stonehill College, North Easton, Massachuesetts. He received his orthotic training at Rancho Las Amigos Medical Center through the University of California and his prosthetic training at Northwestern University.

Matt chose this business because of his desire to have an occupation that involved working with and helping people. "The favorite part of my work involves working with children who are in need of our services."

Matt explains that there was a little boy who came from Brazil to receive prosthetic care. "At Next Step, we were able to use our technology and skills to give him a high-performance prosthesis. Today, he plays soccer with all the other boys."

Matt's areas of special interest include pediatric orthotics and prosthetics, with a concentration in lower extremity prosthetics. Matt lives in Bedford, NH with his wife, Kathleen, and their sons, Kyle and Dylan.

We hope and expect this video with Matt and other O & P professionals to be a blessing to all who view and learn from the wisdom and experience which shall be made available.

To date there are seven (7) controlled studies being done around the country with our Limb Defense products. These studies are being conducted by private O & P companies in order to evaluate the products effectiveness in helping their clients with specific limb related issues.

CPO's are very excited to be able to offer hope for their clients, where products were not readily available before to address proper hygiene and skincare in an all natural way.

Frank Antczak of Superior O & P of Tennessee stated that "the greatest enemy of the amputee and in many cases the CPO, is a lack of proper understanding of limb maintenance and hygiene." Many CPO's and Orthopedist still recommend using soap and water on the limb and liner as a precaution, which does not decontaminate the limb or liner of bacterial, fungal, or viral infestation caused by the moist environment of the silicon liner or sleeve. Decontamination is essential if we, as amputees and diabetics, are to avoid many of the future problems that we could face concerning infection and skin breakdowns that arise out of a lack of proper cleanliness. We do preventive maintenance on our homes, automobiles, motorcycles, so why not on our own bodies to avoid many of the pitfalls that could befall us.

It is our hope and desire that this video will benefit many who view it and follow it's recommendations.

Isaiah Desent Sends Donation To Help Reach Amputees!

I would like to tell you about a 14 year old boy who started his own business and sent a portion of his profits to help White Mountain Products reach amputees. He sent me a check for fifty dollars in order to help pay for anything that was needed to help reach more amputees with our products. I want to publiclly thank this young man and am including a newspaper article about him on this Blog, written by the local East Greenwich, RI newspaper.
